On Saturday, we had the privilege of coming together for our Annual Back the Badge at the Beach event, and what a fantastic evening filled with laughter, music, and community spirit!
We are incredibly grateful to The Club at Diamond Beach for hosting us once again. Their hospitality, combined with the vibrant tunes from Fat Mezz, set the stage for an unforgettable event. The atmosphere was electric, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces enjoying the evening together.
A special thank you goes out to our dear friend, Comedian Joe Conklin, who kept us all laughing throughout the night. His humor added an extra layer of joy to the event, making it a night to remember.
We also want to express our sincere appreciation to John Kitzinger for his generous support in hosting the event. It’s the dedication and contributions from individuals like John that make these gatherings possible and successful.
Most importantly, we are thrilled to share that, thanks to the overwhelming support from everyone who attended, we raised over $13,500 for Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation (FBBCF). This incredible amount will go a long way in supporting our mission and the families we serve.
As we look back on this event, we are filled with gratitude for our community’s unwavering support. Events like these remind us of the power of coming together for a cause and the difference we can make when we do.
