About the Fund

Philadelphia Highway Patrol Officer Andy Chan was severely injured in the line of duty in January of 2019.  While he survived, he continues to face significant health challenges. Since Andy's accident he has remained incapacitated and is in and out of the hospital/rehab and requires 24-hour care. Andy has a wife, Teng Chan, who works full time and two small children.
